“Recently stayed here and had a whale of a time! My wife and I were looking for a late low cost getaway and aimed to do some scuba diving. Paul and Susan helped us with all the arrangements from car hire to dive school etc.. and most definitely saved us a lot of time and money. A great holiday home in a cool part of the island. Tias is overlooking Puerto Del Carmen and some of the views are to die for. We come to Lanzarote all the time (all year sun, say no more!) and would recommend this property to anyone, we will be returning again soon.”

“A friend and I had a lovely ten night stay in this apartment and found it lived up to all our expections. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable and overlooks a lovely pool. The situation in Costa Tequisa is superb - very central and close to restaurants, shops and the beach and it has a large supermarket just beside the locked entrance gate. If you want to get to other parts of the island, it is also just a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to return to it.”

“Had a marvellous 14 days at this lovely villa with heated pool, situated in an excellent location private and peaceful, yet close to all the amenities. Glenda and Peter were very helpful and informative and gave us some useful tips on what to do and see. I would definitely recommend Villa Casa Bella to anyone thinking about a villa holiday to Lanzarote whether its family, couples or groups.”

“We had a fantastic holiday and your apartment made our stay very comfortable, everything we needed was provided, we couldn't have asked for more. The welcome pack was really appreciated as we didn't arrive till late and desperate for a cup of tea. The location was just perfect with everything to hand. As you know we hired a car from the airport and the directions you provided served us well. A very relaxing memorable holiday – Thank you”

“We have used this apartment on several occasions and have found it to be the best and most well equipped two bedroom accommodation in the area and excellent value for money. It is very convenient for local restaurants and bars almost on the doorstep. The rear entrance to the complex leads to a newly built promenade giving a pleasant stroll into the main part of the resort. We thoroughly recommend.””

“Very nice apartment. Clean, nicely decorated, good size, well equipped and with a lovely & very large terrace area. I stayed here on my own, but I'd say it would be more than comfortable (and great value) for 4 people.
Nice 'end-of'terrace' position, overlooking gardens and the complex itself was generally quiet & peaceful.”

“We stayed here from March 6 - March 13, 2010. The Villa is clean, spacious and well equipped for all age groups. It is in a quiet residential location which is fine for relaxing by the pool etc. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes walk so no real need to have a hire car for getting groceries for cooking meals etc. Whilst there are a few bars and a restaurant by the supermarket area, the best choice is around the old town harbour area or main strip. This is only about 10-15 minute walk so not a problem and no real need to take any taxis. Some lively bars in the old town area, but not really clubby. I guess the clubs are in the other part of town a bit further on.
Overall a great stay and ideal if you intend to want a relaxing time with some cooking / barbecues at the Villa and are happy with a stroll to the bars / restaurant area.
