The villa was perfect for us, it was well equipped with all the essentials, clean, well maintained with a very detailed and helpful house book with all the info you need on the villa and lots of info about the island too. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and we will hopefully be returning to this villa again. We have been to villas on this development before with other owners but found this one to be the best by far as it was more of a home from home, the inventory had been properly thought out (Eg there was enough plates, etc and bottle openers etc!!) It has a lovely shaded terrace perfect for dining al fresco, and the pool area gets the sun all day so is perfect for sun bathing, it is a pretty garden and is enclosed so it is nice and quiet. The location is perfect as it is a short 5 min walk fron playa blanca town where there are lots of lovely shops and restaurants to choose from and the setting is idyllic as it is more Canarian than some of the resort areas, it is perfect for families and couples and there are lots of site seeing possibilities if you hire a car although this is not essential. The best restaurant is the Romantica, it is a bit more pricey than others but the food is delicious, For cheap drinks just near the romantica is a bar called the Tapadera, it is mainly used by locals but it is very cheap, they offer really nice snacks such as baguettes etc as well as tapas and the bar staff and owners are very friendly. This villa is also excellent value for money, in the past we have paid the same price for a smaller villa on this development and it was substandard with poor customer service, this one however is excellent in all aspects.

Alison L and family - The Villa was perfect for our family holiday.. It had all the amenities required for small children and is in a lovely peacful area. This is the second time we have been to the villa and we hope to be able to return again in 2009. The villa is a good size for the family, well maintained with a super pool - it is home from home and it is great to have the little things like washing powder, washing up liquid and the welcome pack provided. Susan and Paul provide an excellent service that is warm and friendly. We enjoy the brief walk into Playa Blanca town in the evening to eat in the Restaurants - Tipico Canaria is a favourite as the service and food is genuine, welcoming and friendly. I would certainly recommend the Villa and Playa Blanca for a relaxing holiday.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, and Tourists without a Car

Owners Response: As we offer the complimentary use of a travelcot, high chair and pool alarm our villa is popular with parents of young childen, the recent addition of a safety gate guarding the pool area also adds to peace of mind.
