Accommodation description
Small friendly 3 story complex of 22 apartments, centrally located in Puerto del Carmen, nice quiet position yet only 5 mins walk to the beach and busy sea front which offers a wide choice of bars, restaurants and duty free shopping. A supermarket is across the road from the complex.
The accommodation comprises of one twin bedroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and mircowave, iron. Full bathroom. The apartments are pleasantly furnished throughout and have satellite TV.
There is a reception, poolside bar/restaurant with entertainment. There is a large swimming pool.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

About us
I have worked on the complex for the last 15 years and have always enjoyed meeting different people every week, all the staff are very friendly, helpful and always try to ensure that all the clients have a enjoyable holiday, which is one of the reasons we have a lot of repeat business.
What we love about our business
The complex has recently refurbished all the bar area and pool surround, plus all the entrances including installing a wheelchair ramp for easy access. It has all been very tastefully done to keep the Canarian feel but with a modern fresh look.
