Accommodation description

If you are looking for nice villa with shared pool (3 villas) at a superb location in the quiet and private development of Las Terracitas, book one of the this villas with us. Villa Las Terracitas 27, 28 and 29 are located 2 minutes walk from the shops, supermarket, banks and bars of the Punta Limones shopping centre. Likewise, the walk to the beach is only 5 minutes; to the harbour (take a trip over to Fuerteventura for a day) 3 minutes and the centre of town 5 minutes. It really does have a terrific location. Las Terracitas itself, is a lovely complex, and offers a beautiful community pool for all guests.

The villas consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom and 2 twin rooms with bathroom. The terrace area is private and leading on to a big shared pool and hot tub.

A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
