Accommodation description
Casa Isabella is for those who want to 'relax'. Situated in a lovely part of Matagorda at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and Matagorda area, where you can enjoy the fine bars and restaurants. The villa is spaciously layed out with three generously sized bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. In the lounge area you can relax and enjoy the Satellite TV. With air-conditioning in the hot summer months and heating if necessary in the winter months... Outside there is a large terrace with gardens to all sides of the villa together with an L-shaped heated pool with a kiddies area which enjoys the sun all day long due to the position of the villa. Walls surrounding the property have been raised to provide privacy, so one can relax and enjoy the terraces, with comfortable sunbeds and later dine alfresco, in total privacy.
Ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity.
A welcome pack is given of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

It's a 5 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach ,and also the many restaurants and bars of Matagorda.There is a good variety of eating places which include Spanish,Japanese,Chinese and British food-something for everyone. Matagorda is about 3 km from the lively centre of Puerto del Carmen where you will find an array of bars, night clubs and a top class casino.
Matagorda offers peace and tranquillity with a friendly atmosphere. All along the beach is padestrianised so kids can run free, there is also a childrens play area and workout equipment. Supermarkets and cash machines are a few minutes away. Puerto del Carmen has many water sports, scuba diving, boat trips, childrens' play parks, mini golf, shops and cafes. After dark, Puerto del Carmen is buzzing with bars, fun pubs and night clubs, for those who want to party the night away. For children, the water park, bird park or Rancho Texas animal park ,are a great day out,and of course sandcastles on the beach are always popular.The hotel on the sea front has child orientated shows some evenings,and all are welcome.This is also a handy spot for a meal in the evenings when you want to be close to home. This location will appeal to all, it is no wonder guests return year after year to enjoy the friendliness and sunshine Lanzarote has to offer.
There is also a Wellness Spa for those who need complete relaxation it is located in matagorda only 5 minute walk away in the nearby hotel "The beatriz" this can be booked by villa guests at there reception. It has a hydrothermal water circuit and offers a very wide range of therapies, massages and beauty treatments.

“We stayed at Villa Isabella in January this year and what a lovely holiday we had, the villa is very spacious and very private.We where given a free welcome pack which was a nice touch as we arrived late at night and the shops where closed. The villa is located in a great area it only took us 5 mins to walk to the beach, which is a great beach that stretches on for miles. We hired out tandems and cycled all the way to puerto del carmen and back, which is all along the sea front, it took longer than most as we couldnt stop laughing. We ate some lovely food in matagorda commercial centre which has every type of food to offer and even got take-away on the nights we wanted to sit round the pool. We didnt hire a car as everything was so close to hand and when we booked excursions they picked us up from the nearest hotel which was a 3 min walk away.The villa manager came and checked that we where all ok and our pool was cleaned regulary. We had a very chilled holiday and hope to come back in the summer.”

“This was our third visit. We had a great time, we walked to the beach every day it's only 5 mins away, my son took his scooter and went for miles on it very safely! We checked out the local zoo and water park it is so well located. The villa is luxury itself very modern & clean. The manager even popped in to see us to confirm that we were happy! What service. I would highly recommend this villa it is very secure and not over looked so we had our privacy. The villa is spacious and all on the one level which is great for small children.
Can't wait to book again!!”
