Accommodation description
Furnished to a very high standard,the villas are very well equipped for normal daily living. The bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and dressing tables. There are twin beds and a hair dryer is provided for your use as is a security safe for your valuables. We do have other 1 beds available as well as villa 123 pinpointed.
Most have DVD player, air conditioning available and some have a dishwasher. An open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area which include satellite TV, settees and armchairs, occasional tables and rug.
The kitchen area is all electric with fridge/freezer, full size cooker, washing machine, iron & ironing board, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juice squeezer plus ample crockery and cutlery. A welcome pack is provided with tea,coffee, water, juice, milk, bread, butter and jam.
The 5-piece bathroom is fully tiled with a razor point.
Each villa has a private garden, patio area with furniture, sun beds and a BBQ.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...
Best restaurant in Playa Blanca is La Cocina de Colacho which is on the road towards Los Coloradas near the new marina. It is not cheap but the food is exquisite far better than fifteen in Cornwall! All food cooked in front of you with a glass walled kitchen - cannot be beaten for a real treat on your holiday! Book at 00 34 928 51 96 91.

“Excellent accommodation. Resort is in very good location, minutes from shops, excellent supermarket s, town and seafront. Staff at resort are very helpful and friendly.
The only disappointment for me personally was the patio area became overshadowed from the sun quite early in the day, due to ornamental growth and gazebo.
This was our second visit and we will definately return.”

“I had a lovely, relaxed week at Las Brisas earlier this month. It was my first visit after many years. My parents used to have a villa back in the late 1980's, early 1990's and so it was a great surprise to find that everything was pretty much as I had remembered. The villa was great. Clean, comfortable with every thing I needed for a self- catering break.
Staff were friendly without being too intrusive. I kept myself to myself which I like to do when I travel alone so I didn't go to any of the entertainment on offer. Swam every morning in the pool before it got busier. Playa Blanca has grown a little and there were lots of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from to eat and drink.
I actually live in mainland Spain now so it was a delight to find a couple of cafes serving healthy vegeterian cuisine. Still very rare in Spain. It was also good to catch up with the UK news and watch a little bit of British television on the big flatscreen TV in the villa.
Of course choosing the week that Spain won the world cup really made my holiday.
I would definitely recommend Las Brisas to friends and family in the future.”
