About the property
Located on a complex the 2-bedroomed villas have an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining areas which include television with satellite TV, settees and armchairs, occasional tables and rug.
The kitchen area is all electric with fridge/freezer, full size cooker, washing machine, iron & ironing board, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juice squeezer plus ample crockery and cutlery.
There is either 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, or 2 twins. Each 2-bed villa has 1 en-suite shower room plus a full size house bathroom.
Each villa has a private garden, patio area with furniture, sun beds and a BBQ.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
Try' La cocina de Colacho' restaurant for a real treat. The exquisite food is well presented and cooked for you in front of you via a glass partitioned kitchen.
Its not the cheapest but certainly makes a memorable occasion! It is near the new marina on the road to Los Coloradas.
