About the property
The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs, plus two twin bedrooms on the poolside lower floor, all presented with quality bedding and matching furnishings.
You will find every modern convenience to hand: satellite TV, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, CD equipment, oven & ceramic hob even smoke alarms.
There are two spacious terraces the upper ocean view one with its own outside dining table and chairs and the other at the lower poolside ideal to escape the sun yet still enjoy the ambience.

Rates shown are for 4 persons, please add £90.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults + 1 child in total.
The pool is solar heated all year, but if you would like the guarantee of a min 27/28c during your stay we can offer an electric back up system for an extra £100.00 a week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. For less than 4 persons please contact us for a special weekly rate.
Clean linen and towels are provided each week. beach towels are not provided. Please note for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. Car hire is available please ask for details.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
