About the property
The apartment is a one bedroomed property, which is elegantly furnished in typical Spanish design, and has the sun on its terrace all day. Great care has been taken to provide for all our guests requirements. So your home comprises of satellite TV, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, CD-Player, radio/cassette. It also has a newly furnished bathroom suite.
Included in the package for our guests is the use of the beautiful heated pool, tennis courts, poolside bar, restaurant, children's play area, and mini market. Most evening's free entertainment is provided, up until 23.00 hours.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
As an additional extra the bedroom has a pay as you go air-conditioning, heating, dehumidifying, air filtering unit for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather.
A deposit of £100.00 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note, children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach Towels are not provided. Please note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.

Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
