About the property
L'Olivier is a beautiful 5-star detached villa, furnished to a highest standard and just three minutes walk from the beach. The property has granite flooring throughout, and accommodation includes a beautiful lounge and dining area, furnished with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and payphone. There are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus two bathrooms, both of which have a bath and shower. The kitchen comes fully fitted, so eating in isn't a problem.
Outside the villa boasts a large heated swimming pool with surrounding patio areas and jacuzzi. Activities for our younger guests include pool, darts and "practice your putting" golf. The property is totally private, ensuring peace and tranquility during your holiday and an alarm is fiited for your added security.
As standard we provide a complimentary welcome basket, 5 days maid service, bath robes, towel change 7 days per week and linen change twice a week.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
