Accommodation description
This 1-bed apartment is equipped to a very high standard. It's features include satellite television plus a video recorder and films, there's also a CD-player for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
The complex has a large, heated swimming pool (solar heated in summer, with additional electric heating in winter) - there are extensive terrace areas for sunbathing and sun loungers are supplied.
All our guests receive a free welcome pack comprising a bottle of wine, bottle of water, packet of biscuits, carton of milk, tea & coffee. Should you require any additional supplies, just contact us with your shopping list and we'll have everything in place for your arrival, handy if you are arriving late at night, or travelling with young children! We provide beach / pool towels, so you can cut down on your luggage weight as you do not need to bring any with you.
Travel cots and high chairs are available if required (small additional charge).

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
Golf - the new Tias Golf Course is a five minute drive from this apartment and the island's other golf course is at Costa Teguise, about 20 minutes drive. Bryan plays golf most days !! - so if you need any golfing info, just ask !
Horse Riding - Lanzarote Caballo is 10 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen and offers escorted riding through spectacular country side - ask Elaine for more info about this !!
