Accommodation description
Casa Flamingo is on the private residential area of Montana Roja (Red Volcano) in Playa Blanca, which is overlooked by the stunning extinct Red Mountain Volcano, and has magnificent sea views.
The property, has a private heated pool, jacuzzi, sun bathing terrace with BBQ, a sun filter hammock and 3 large parasols all of which offer protection from the UVB rays that cause burning, but still allow you to tan, without cream. In addition there are 8 sun-loungers, 8 patio chairs and 2 patio tables.
In side you have a magnificent kitchen, lounge, and dinning area, leading directly on to the sun terrace, as do 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
Each bedroom is fitted with an individual air-conditioning unit that also acts as a dehumidifier, heater, or air purifier/filter for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather. They work on a meter system and are available to all guests.
The property has satellite TV, DVD, video, and CD equipment. In the luxury fitted kitchen there is a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, full sized oven, and all cooking utensils required.
The washing machine is situated in the utility room, which also has a drying area. Towels and linen are all provided, and changed every week.

Rates shown are for 4 persons, please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults + 1 child in total.
The pool is solar heated all year, but if you would like the guarantee of a min 27/28c during your stay we can offer an electric back up system for an extra £85.00 a week.
New to the villa, there is a luxurious jacuzzi in the corner of the sun terrace, which is completely private, and can be booked as an extra for your holiday at £75.00 a week. To allow time for it to heat, be cleaned and the correct chemical balance provided, we will need to know, if this is to be required before your holiday.
As an additional extra all the bedrooms have pay as you go air-conditioning, heating, dehumidifying, air filtering units for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather, Ceiling fans are included in the basic villa price.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. A deposit of 15% per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. For less than 4 persons please contact us for a special weekly rate.
Clean linen and towels are provided each week. beach towels are not provided. Please note for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
Hire chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25€, per item. Car hire is available please ask for details.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

“This property was very well presented an local management were very helpful with the few small problems we encountered. The pool and pool area are great, particularly for our 4 and 5 year olds. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished to high standard. The only but significant area for improvement are the beds and pillows which were not very comfortable. If this were improved I would give this property 5 stars and certainly return again!”
