About the property
A luxurious detached villa with a private electrically heated pool, large sun terrace and surrounded by a substantial perimeter wall. 50% of the guests staying in the villa have booked a further holiday.
The main bedroom is en-suite with bath/shower and contains a wrought iron king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds have pocket sprung matresses and quality linens. The second bathroom has a large marble tiled walk in shower. Marble floors throughout the villa give a cool and clean feel. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and is complimented by a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. The lounge area has comfortable settees including a sofa-bed to accomodate a further 2 people, chairs and is equiped with a TV/DVD surround sound. A varied selection of CD's, DVD's and books are supplied.
The pool is accompanied by a large sun terrace with plenty of space for the sun loungers. A covered outdoor eating area with seating for 6 and barbeque make alfresco eating compulsary!
The villa is in a quiet residential setting with the sea front being just 200m away. To the rear of the villa are spectacular views up to Montana Roja.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
Playa Blanca has a good selection shops, restaurants, bars and amenities. If you like fresh fish and canary new potatoes then you have come to the right place!!! All restaurants seem to welcome children and playgrounds are in plentiful supply.
Playa Blanca has a good selection of beaches from small family beaches to those for whom clothes are not important!
