About the property

This attractive, spacious villa is decorated in traditional style and has very high ceilings, large patio doors and thick walls making it cool and airy in summer months. All the rooms are located off a very pretty covered, internal courtyard which has a small staircase leading to a bedroom with a double bed and superb views towards the cliffs and beaches of Famara. The large master bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a double bed and lovely big doors leading to a covered patio. Also on this floor are two twin bedded rooms and the villa has two bathrooms. There are two interconnecting living rooms one of which has French doors to the pool area, the other leads out to the covered dining terrace. The very well equipped, modern kitchen has an archway to the dining room which has a large pine table and seating for eight.

There is an exceptionally private courtyard and sunbathing terrace surrounding the pretty solar heated swimming pool. A covered seating area provides shade in the hot midday sun and there is a large built in barbecue for those who enjoy alfresco dining. There is a further covered terrace off the living room which has comfortable, wooden patio furniture and superb views over the nearby rural and tranquil countryside.

A complimentary pick up service from the airport is included along with a welcome pack upon arrival.

About Tao, Lanzarote

This very traditional Canarian village occupies a slight rise with fine views across the Jable plains to the cliffs of Famara.

Owner's Tips...

This property is located on the edge of the typical Canarian village of Tao and is accessed by a track off the main road. There is a very good local bar/restaurant a few minutes drive away and a selection of excellent restaurants in a nearby village. The superb surfing beaches in Famara are a twenty minute drive and the resort of Costa Teguise with an aqua park, golf course and lovely beaches is a fifteen minute drive. The villages of La Santa, Tiagua and Tinajo are also only a short drive away and offer a wide selection of bars and restaurants.
