About the property
Our spacious first floor apartment is a home from home situated on a private residential community of villas & apartments. The apartment is located in the quiet villa area of the complex, close to the pool yet far enough away not to experience poolside noise.

We have a large private terrace, not attached to neighbouring apartments, offering you wonderful uninterrupted sea & pool views with all day sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Have breakfast watching the sun come up! For your relaxation and enjoyment we have a full patio set with parasol, reclining chairs & sunbeds with mattresses.
We have a property manager on call who is available 24 hrs / 365 days in the unlikely event that you have any problems whilst on holiday.
A private gate from the complex leads directly to the delightful promenade which provides a lovely stroll to the various resort beaches. The community has one large pool, one children's and one paddling pool (no lifeguard) with a plentiful supply of sunbeds around the terraces.
Our accomodation has a large light & airy twin bedroom with a safe and fan. A third bed from the lounge fits comfortably in the bedroom if required. The full bath / shower room has twin basins and a bidet.
The modern open plan kitchen/lounge comes complete with fridge, microwave, full electric oven / 4 ring ceramic hob so that you can actually cook a full meal if you wish unlike some apartments where you have only one or two rings to battle with! We have a kettle, toaster, cafetiere, full range of crockery, glasses, cutlery & most of the usual utensils you have in your own kitchen. For days out we have a full picnic ware set & cooler bag.
Our spacious lounge has 2 sofas with full size roll under sprung mattrass beds which comfortably accommodate an additional 2 persons and the lounge has additional wardrobe storage for guests sleeping in the lounge. We have a travel cot and can arrange a full size cot and high chair at a smalll cost. A remote controlled fan is provided for your comfort.
Our TV has BBC1, BBC2, ITV & Channel 4. We have a DVD player, radio/CD, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & sewing kit, games, tennis rackets and balls, books, CD's & DVD's for use, feel free to bring some of your own or you can hire locally. A smoke detector, fire blanket, fire extinguisher & first aid kit are within the apartment for your safety and comfort.
The complex pool bar serves snacks daily they have satellite TV showing UK major football programmes there is also a superb restaurant, a tennis court, sports cafe and hire car facility within the complex.
Several other bars, tavernas, tapas & restaurants, shops, bank & gym are all very closeby. Our apartment is 2km from the golf course and 20 minutes walk from the aquapark.
Transfer time from Arrecife airport is approx 15 minutes and a taxi costs approx 18 euros.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Owner's Tips...
The Playa Bastian area of Costa Teguise offers the best of all worlds, the area is very quiet with some excellent restaurants offering traditional Spanish Tapas, Fine French, Italian, Chinese,German, Lebanese & English cuisine. For those who desire more lively nightlife it is only a 2 -3 euro taxi ride or 15 -20 minute walk from the apartment to the Playa Jabillilo and Playa Cucharas main resort areas.
