About the property
Villa Palmira is on the private residential area of Montana Roja (Red Volcano) in Playa Blanca, which is overlooked by the stunning extinct Red Mountain Volcano and has magnificent sea views.
The property has a privately heated pool; private sunbathing terrace with traditional Spanish built BBQ. Your home is designed and equipped in luxurious style by one of the islands foremost builders, in which he has maximised the space available to great effect. From the superbly designed kitchen, which leads into the lounge, and dinning areas.
In the luxury fitted kitchen there is a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, full sized oven, iron and ironing board, and all cooking utensils required. Outside the kitchen is a private drying area.
The ensuite master bedroom has patio doors leading directly on to the sun terrace. The property has Satellite TV, and DVD. Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels not provided.

Rates shown are for 3 persons: Please add £80.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 in Total.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months - November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times. If this is requested then there is an additional charge of £60.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
As an additional extra all the bedrooms have pay as you go air-conditioning, heating, dehumidifying, air filtering units for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather, Ceiling fans are included in the basic villa price.
Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
Car hire is available please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
