An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto a beautiful kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Outside is a utility room with washing machine.

Large patio doors lead out to the large terraces and heated private pool.

The master bedroom has floor to ceiling double wardrobes in solid teak, with feature high domed ceiling above, leading to an ensuite full sized bathroom. Leading off from the master bedroom are large patio doors which open out onto the substantial terrace, with views of the lighthouse and beyond. The villa has another bedroom and bathroom.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
