About the property

Situated in the prestigious and popular area of Los Mojones. Very easy walking (approximately ten minutes) to shops, restaurants, bars, shopping mall and sandy beaches. The popular Old Town is also within walking distance and boasts of its quaint harbour, excellent fish restaurants and tapas bars.

Very colourful accommodation with a great deal of thought put into design and décor. The large lounge and dining area with a feature volcanic rock corner fireplace, a separate T.V. seating area, CD, cassette player and video. The unusual beamed ceiling has incorporated with it a full size trunk of a tree.

The designer kitchen is grey with black granite worktops. Equipped with dishwasher, fridge, touch control hob/oven and microwave. The washing machine is housed separately in the laundry room with another fridge and freezer compartment.

The columned hallway leads you to one twin bedroom with access to the terrace and pool with views to the sea. There is also a shower room which can be en-suite or used as a family bathroom.

One double bedroom with feature ceiling lighting effect. One very large bathroom and separate shower with tasteful use of grey and black marble, with twin pedestals. There is a very large dressing area with views to the sea.

There is a further twin bedroom accessed from outside with shower room en-suite.

The Casita can be accessed via a beautiful patio complimented by clusters of overflowing bougainvillea with seating area.

The attractive colourful lounge/dining area has Sat T.V., cassette recorder and decorative log fire. Patio doors lead from here to the beautiful gardens. The patio is very private and overlooks the beautiful sub-tropical gardens

There is one twin bedroom with doors to patio, one bathroom and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to the patio.

The main terrace is very extensive having a feature wood beamed ceiling; large brick built B.B.Q. and substantial dining table and chairs.

Steps take you to the beautiful pool and further sunbathing areas. There is a games room with table tennis and darts and a sauna for your use.

The 12mx5m pool has Roman steps leading into it with underwater lighting. The pool's depth is minimum 0.7 metres, max 1.7 metres.

The views are amazing from the villa and the use throughout of original features and spectacular gardens, makes this truly an outstanding villa.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
