About the property

This lovely spacious bungalow has one-bedroom and one bathroom.

The large lounge opens onto large sun-trap terrace with stunning vviews to Fuerteventura and wonderful sunsets.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and a colour television.

The complex has two swimming pools, plus the beach is only a short stroll away.

The property has twice weekly maid service.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Near papayago beaches. Tapas at local restaurants. Timanfaya National Volcano Park - camel rides and Volcano tour. Seaside strolling along a 5 km promenade. Cycling and tennis available. Surfing beaches 30 minutes away. Cesar Manrique museum.
