Accommodation description
The studio, which is adjacent to the owner's villa, is situated in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca about 400 yards from the shore and one mile from the centre of the resort. The studio has its own private entrance, a large covered patio and a sun terrace. From the patio there are stunning views over the ocean to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos and incredible sunsets.
The accommodation comprises a studio room with twin beds, Spanish television, a video player and music centre, DVD and video, a shower room and small kitchen.

The rental charge is £100 per week (or equivalent in Euros).
The owners can arrange for you to be met at the airport and then returned to the airport at the end of your holiday for an additional 30€ each way.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...
Although there is a taxi rank only a few minutes walk from the studio, there would be advantages to be gained from hiring a car for at least part of your stay. You would then be able to visit some of our glorious beaches and the many places of interest on Lanzarote. The owners can arrange car hire for you.
There is now an excellent bus service covering all of Playa Blanca with stops close by.

“Sue and Steve are really perfect guest. Their holiday rental is next to their villa , but you just feel as you're at home + nice weather and temp. The studio has everything you need for two for holidays.
We had dinner in restaurant as the prices are so low but we had the breakfast there. You even have a hair dryer! towels are changed regulary.We are coming from France and very glad to have found Sue and Steve's rental.......we wiil certainly come again at the end of the year.”
