About the property
The studio, which is adjacent to the owner's villa, is situated in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca about 400 yards from the shore and one mile from the centre of the resort. The studio has its own private entrance, a large covered patio and a sun terrace. From the patio there are stunning views over the ocean to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
The accommodation comprises a studio room with twin beds, Spanish television, a video player and music centre, a shower room and small kitchen.

The owners can arrange for you to be met at the airport and then returned to the airport at the end of your holiday for an additional 30€ each way.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
Although there is a taxi rank only a few minutes walk from the studio, there would be advantages to be gained from hiring a car for at least part of your stay. You would then be able to visit some of our glorious beaches and the many places of interest on Lanzarote. The owners can arrange car hire for you.
