About the property
Designer furnishings throughout,the lounge area has plenty of room for relaxing, with the added benefit of satelite TV and a playstation. The kitchen boasts top quality furniture and many usual appliances have been added, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The first bedroom has a kingsize bed fitted wardrobes and benefits from a balcony with views of the sea and fuerteventura. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and sea views.
Outside is a spacious, tiled patio area and gardens, with heated swimming pool for year round enjoyment. Private off road parking is available at the front of property.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

The stunning Marina Rubicon is a short walk away.
Scuba diving, golfing, horse-riding, karting, cycling, windsurfing and jetskis are some of the attractions on offer, or you can just relax on the best beaches Lanzarote has to offer at Papagayo only a few minutes drive away.
Playa Blanca's seafront restaurants offer friendly service and excellent food.
