About the property
This stunning villa with its heated swimming pool and completely enclosed private garden is situated in the quiet residential area of Los Calamares
It has 3 vary spacious bed rooms all furnished by a top UK retail store. 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite. Unlike a lot of properties the villa boasts a totally separate lounge to rest of the house, which can be made into a 4th bed room if required. The property has a good selection of UK TV channels, for those moments when you need a break from the sun.
It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca, the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. A further 10 minute walk to the West is Playa Dorada Beach with its jet ski's, and various water activities. Or if you prefer a slightly quieter location 10 minutes walk to the East is the beach lagoon of Playa Flamingo.
It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the Harbour where you can catch the frequent ferry to Fuerteventura, which is approx 1hr crossing time.
The world famous beaches of Papagayo are only a 10-minute drive from your villa.

Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £75.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 in total.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months - November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times. If this is requested then there is an additional charge of £65.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
For those with young children we can now rent for you a pool alarm system for just 50€ a week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note, children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. A full and professional child care service with fully qualified staff is available both during the day and in the evenings. Please ask us for details
Please note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
Hire chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.

A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
