This is a Las Coronas Gold property, theses are fully refurbished and fitted to a very high level.

This ground floor high quality fully refurbished spacious two bedroom apartment is situated in prestigious Las Coronas complex, not far from the Kings residence. Boasting beach front line position on the second of Lanzarote's two main resorts - Costa Teguise.

The property is spacious and of a good size and easily sleeps four. It is a ground floor apartment making it ideal for families with prams etc, the disabled or the less energetic. The location on Las Coronas is ideal being ground floor and close to the pool.

The property has a large enclosed private sun terrace with large sun shade and private relaxing gardens to the front, the master bedroom has large double wardrobes and double bed, the second bedroom has built in wardrobes. (an iron ironing board and hair dryer are also supplied). The bathroom is newly fully fitted with marble tops and has a powerful shower.

Both bedrooms are of good size, the master bedroom has ample storage two single beds, bedside cabinets and draws. The second bedroom has wardrobes, chest of draws and two single beds. Lots of extra space in main bedroom for cot etc.

There is an open plan lounge with large sofas, UK Sky TV, TV, video/DVD player, including a selection of films and coffee table plus fitted bar-style kitchen with patio doors leading to the garden and terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted and is supplied with kettle, microwave, toaster, cups, plates, glasses and large fridge/freezer oven and hob. No make do kitchenette here

The dining area will seat five and is fully built in, this being traditional carnarian style. There is also a radio/CD-player in the apartment, plus a safe which is free of charge. A cot and high chair can be hired for you for a small fee.

Our staff on the island are available for you convenience and are only minutes away in case you have any issues.

In the apartment we have put together a information pack containing all the information you may need while on holiday, including, shops restaurants, things to do and see and quickest routes to the centre.

There is now free WiFi available 24/7 at no extra cost.

Playa de las Cucharas, Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

As the complex is near totally private owned there is never a lack of sun beds or problem getting a top spot by the pool.

“The apartment was fantastic. We found it had plenty of room for all five of us and it was very clean. The pool was large with enough sun beds for everyone so no need to get up at six am for a sun bed!The location was great near shops and restaurants or a ten/fifteen minute walk via a short cut to the centre. We are booking again for next year.”

“My wife and I holidayed here with our two young children for the first time in May following a recommendation from my parents who have used the apartment many times themselves. The apartment itself is a good size, very clean and well equipped. The patio at the front is nice and private and has a lovely outlook across the picturesque palm tree-lined pool area and the sea beyond. We found the pool area was never too busy (you could always get a sun-bed!) and often felt like it was our own. An excellent mini supermarket is very close to the complex, which was very handy, as well as a bank (incl. cash machine) bars and restaurants and car hire offices. The beach-front path is lovely, whether you want an early morning run or a gentle walk in the evening to the numerous bars and restuarants further into the resort. We all loved it and will definitely go back, but not before my parents who have booked again for October.”

Very convenient for shops, restaurants, and the beaches. has a very nice long walk at the sea front from this complex, which is well run and quiet.
