This beautiful selection of just four apartments, which can be used as one villa or 4 apartments and is situated in the prestigious area of Puerto Del Carmen called Los Mojones.

These four apartments are of a very good quality, furnished and decorated well.

Lounge/dining area with satellite TV and video. Doors to patio. The two top apartments (first floor) have sea views and the ground apartments are on pool level. Both levels of the apartments have double interconnecting doors therefore becoming one large apartment with four bedrooms if desired. Each apartment consists of two twin bedrooms which can be pushed together to make a double as seen on the picture. Also one shower room.

The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob and fridge freezer. There is a communal washing machine for the four apartments or local laundry.

There is a lovely communal acclimatised solar heated pool with children’s section and sunbathing areas. Depth of pool min 50 metres, max 1.70 metres. The apartments have the benefit of alarm system and safe.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Only three minutes walking will take you to shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and a fantastic shopping mall. The beaches are also easy walking, as is the Old Town, famous for its harbour, excellent restaurants including specialist fish and tapas bars.
