These well situated properties are all on the first floor and have one bedroom. Located on the beachfront, a lovely private complex in quiet area of Costa Teguise, which is separated from the beach only by a pedestrian promenade. On site there are 3 lovely swimming pools, all with free use of sunbeds, plus baby pool,set in beautiful surroundings of well maintained gardens, terraces & pedestrian walks straight onto the beach. It is very safe for children as there are no roads to cross to the beach. Very good selection of good quality family restaurants, shops & bars all within 200mtrs. Only 10 minutes stroll along seafront promenade to the more lively centre of resort. It is a pleasant, easy, walk along the seafront pomenade, with no traffic! You'll enjoy a very relaxing holiday at our Playa Bastian properties. Sleeps up to 4. Note 2 & 3 bedroom properties also available.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

High quality apartments and a great location for anyone to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. All amemities within 200m and very convenient location for visiting all of the island's attractions.

Good quality restaurants, quiet bars, supermarkets all within 2-3 mins walk. Car hire is not necessary at all, unless you want to explore the island. We can arrange car hire or private transfers to/from airport for clients, if required.

Nearby family favourite is the water park & also an 18-hole golf course.
