Villas San Blas is a group of villas distributed in Tias and Puerto del Carmen.
Villas San Blas is placed in the quiet residential area of San Blas, in the village of Tias, on a hillside allowing to enjoy a partial sight to the Atlantic Ocean. The ideal place to feel at home while away from home, complete privacy to enjoy an unforgettable vacations. Villas San Blas has easy access, it is only 3 minutes by car from the beach and Puerto del Carmen and 10 minutes from the airport.
Villas San Blas includes 12 marvellous independent villas with 3 bedrooms, one double-room and 2 twin rooms. Living area comfortably decorated with partial views to the ocean, with satellite TV and dining area. The properties have 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The kitchen comes completely equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
All our villas have their own private swimming pool with fresh water, solarium and barbecue.
Facilities for car hiring it is also provided. A cot and highchair can be arranged on request.
Facilities for breakfast service and fresh bread delivery at home. Please ask in the reception.

About Tias, Lanzarote
A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!

Places of interest include Monumento al campesino, wine yard area of La Geria, the fire Montains, the Green Caves, Jameos del Agua, View point of Mirador del Río (north), El Golfo.
Some activities include windsurfing, surf, diving and diving lessons,trekking, golf, etc.
Beaches: Puerto del Carmen beach, Papagayo beaches in the south of the island, Famara beach in the north of the island.
