About the property
Villa Fuente and Hijos are brand new modern luxury villas set in the select area of San Marcial De Rubicon, Playa Blanca and set a new standard in holiday accommodation.
The accommodations are set on a two levels and comprise of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washroom. They have private electrically heated pools and are furnished to an exceptional standard.
They are located within a 10 minute walk of the prestigious new Marina Rubicon and its variety of restaurants, shops and bars. In the other direction a beach and commercial centre with a new playground is just a couple of minutes walk. A large and well stocked supermarket is located within a couple of minutes walk so car hire is not essential. Both properties have beautiful sea views, stretching across to Fuerteventura and are within close walking distance to the natural white sandy beaches of Papagayo.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
