About the property
This villa has two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, double wardrobe, hairdryer, safe. One twin bedroom with double wardrobe. There is also a travel cot and bedding available at the villa. A further shower room with full shower suite.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The solana has fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge has seating for 5 people with a TV, satellite, with family package, video, CD,cassette radio, Playstation 2, which also plays DVD's. The dining area has seating for 6 people with views to the pool and garden.
The lounge leads out to a large patio area with heated swimming pool, BBQ, 4 sun loungers and patio table with 4 chairs. Villa verano is 250m from the sea where you can enjoy a walk along the promenade to the lighthouse or into Playa Blanca to the many bars and restaurants.
Included in the price is a welcome pack, linen and towels, not beach towels. There will be a mid holiday clean with linen/towel change. There is a telephone number you will be given in case of emergencies or any problems that may arise.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
