Luxury family oriented two bedroom villa with private heated pool, outdoor dining and roof terrace.

This new, luxury villa will provide the perfect holiday retreat for you and your family/friends. A two minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, next stop, America! and boasting spectacular views of Pechiguera Lighthouse, Fuerteventura and Montana Roja, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing, family holiday. The all-year round heat and sun of Lanzarote are merely added bonuses!

Two bedrooms - one en-suite with a double bed, the other with two single beds - have built-in wardrobes providing more than ample storage space. Two high quality, fold-away beds can accommodate a further two people in comfort. If required, a travel cot is also provided. A second bathroom has a large. tiled walk-in shower.

The marble kitchen has been fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave and adjoins a utility area containing a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen also opens out to the outdoor dining area, with barbeque, where more than six people can be comfortably seated.

An airy sitting room contains two comfortable settees, TV, DVD player and CD/Radio. A selection of books, family games, DVDs and CDs has been provided for your enjoyment. The sitting room leads through double doors to the patio/pool area. For those with children, a pool alarm is available for use at your discretion. To top all this off, the property has a large, sun-filled roof terrace, offering absolute privacy and spectacular views. A small dining table, chairs and sun loungers are provided on the terrace.

The villa is located in a quiet, residential area. Local shops are a two minute walk away and include two excellent cafes/bakeries, Italian and Indian restaurants, bar and a well stocked mini-market.

Price includes weekly villa clean and twice-weekly pool clean, bed linen and towels (not beach towels). Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
