Accommodation description
1/2/3 bedroom bungalows in Matagorda. The bungalows are in a superb position just 70m from the beautiful beach and 50 metres from bars/restaurants & shops. The location is flat and tranquill and perfect to chill out. There is a good sized swimming pool surrounded by gardens.
The apartments have fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination microwave with grill, toaster and an electric kettle.
The bungalows are well mantained through out the year and provide a weekly clean which includes a linen/ towel change along with a mid week towel change also. We have 2 digital channels in English, BBC World service news, a Block Buster Movie Channel along with several Spanish channels.
The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just minutes away by taxi or if you prefer to walk along the sea front it will take you approx 25 minutes. There is a local diving centre opposite which offers diving classes from beginners to experienced divers at good rates.
We also can arrange car hire for you on request at competative rates.
We also offer a list of excusions available for you to book. Just ask in reception and we will be glad to help you with anything you require.
Bob & Marilyn have managed the complex for several years and are there to make you hoilday a happy one!

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

The New Golf golf course is now open in Tias approx 10 minutes away and the well established Costa Teguise Golf course is approx. 20 minutes away .There are many restaurants to choose from and bars with live football for all footie fanatics.

“We stayed here for 2 weeks sept 10. 20.11 in bungalow 2 and we had a fantastic time, the location is brilliant clean and relaxing.Bob&Marilyn are very friendly and helpful so no need to worry about anything just ask for advice or information before you go or when you arrive.Bars/beach/restaurants/suppermarkets its all on hand.(Sportsmans bar for all live sports)”

Bungalows Doble Uve in Matagorda are on a small complex of 10 bungalows only. Run by Bob & Marilyn for many years they offer a warm welcome to all that stay there and an excellent service. The bungalows have many regular clients who come back year after year. The position of the bungalows is ideal and caters for for all types of people.

We enjoy working in this complex and have made many friends over the years and enjoy seeing them return and meeting new clients.
