About the property
This villa is on one floor offering large comfortable rooms with plenty of light. It is decorated to a modern high standard. The lounge is tastefully furnished and comes with a dining area, which seats six people. There are patio doors leading onto the terraced area. There is a separate with a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the lounge area; there is also a washing machine. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio windows onto the terraced area, plus two further bedrooms and another shower room. Outside the kitchen is a laundry and drying area.
The villa is in its own grounds, lower gardens and “off road” parking lead to the villa surrounded by mature gardens, a patio area with patio furniture, sun lounge’s and a barbeque. There is a swimming pool surrounded by Astroturf to avoid burning your feet in the sun, the garden and pool area are walled in and not overlooked which allows privacy without spoiling your view of the surrounding countryside.

About Oasis de Nazaret, Lanzarote
Oasis de Nazaret is a village in the country, set on a hillside overlooking the sea & mountains. Its central position makes it ideal for exploring Lanzarote and the beaches, golf course, restaurants and the airport are only a short drive away.
The famous "Lagomar" restaurant, designed by César Manrique is a must for anyone wanting a delicious gourmet meal. The building is famous for once being owned by Omar Sharif. There is a small well-stocked supermarket in the village and a new hypermarket and bakery a few minutes drive away.
