Accommodation description
Our small complex of only 8 apartments is very convenient for the main beach, shops and restaurants and yet is situated in a quiet but 'central to everything' area of Puerto Del Carmen. We offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere around the pool, which has been newly refubished complete with easy access steps into the pool. We are child and wheelchair friendly.
This apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a very comfortable lounge with TV/VCR and DVD player, satelite TV and CD/radio. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, full size electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & board. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds and two large double wardrobes (with hangers), free safety deposit box, hairdryer, and full bathroom. I can supply comfortable fold up beds for the lounge. This apartment is light, airy and secluded.
We are completely enclosed by locked security gate. There is plenty of parking on the hard standing immediately outside the entrance and on the street. You will have a small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water for your arrival. Sheets and towels are provided. If you require anything extra - just ask and I will endeavour to supply.
The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is up and running with superb views, this brand new golf course is a must for golf lovers.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
The Old Town for excellent food and cheaper eating out, Fundacion de Cesar Manrique (this was his house in the 60's) for me was just the bees knees, as are his other creations if you are the arty type, eg Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, Caves, and an active Volcano! There's a lot more to do on Lanzarote than you first give it credit for.
Excellent sunny beaches all over the island, and Puerto del Carmen has many of them! Watersports are available on most beaches. You can be as relaxed or as busy as you want your holiday to be.

“We had one of the best weeks holiday ever in May 2009. A very clean and comfortable apartment with all creature comforts provided in a lovely quiet area near to all amenities. The apartment is just a short walk to all the best restaurants and to the beach and shopping areas and its not too far from the airport. People using other aparments in the complex were quick to remind us that it was their fourth or fifth time in succession staying in this complex and we could see why.
The only thing is to be mindful that the pool is deep and temperature was cold but the weather was warm so it was a refreshing dip in the pool every day - once down you didn't want to get out.
We hated leaving as the week went so fast but we will definately be back in the not too distant future.”

“Our 3rd holiday at Las Palmeras 111 and our 2nd staying in apartment 2- thoroughly recommend both the location and the apartments. Quiet but quite close to the resort and,because of the high temperatures we encountered,fantastic to have the pool no more than four steps from our verandah. Many thanks to Karen the housekeeper - a real treasure- hope to see her again in the not too distant future.”
