Accommodation description
The villa is gated with an entryphone system. In a prime location in the Risco Prieto cliff top area of Old Carmen it has superb views from the terrace. Easy access from the villas side gate to the new coastal walkway down to the harbour is a real bonus. The villa has three bedrooms. One double with en-suite shower room and two twin rooms that share a bathroom. The villa has marble tiling throughout and a third wc in the cloakroom.
From the spacious attractively furnished lounge there are doors to the upper terrace. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen make it a pleasure to eat at home.There are sun terraces on two levels with the heated swimming pool on the lower level.There is a barbecue with a nearby seated area and other built in seating elsewhere, ideal for a quiet read.There are covered pergolas offering some welcome shade while you sit and enjoy the view.
The main feature of the villa is its wonderful outside seating areas with great views. Benedicte was recently featured on Irish Television - RTEs No Frontiers travel show. We supply a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and water.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
Newly opened Lanzarote Golf is a five minute drive away on the road to Tias all 18 holes now open!
The side gate from the villa leads down some steps to the new coatal walkway to the harbour and on to the Chica beach. Nearest restaurant Marios is a two minute walk.

“Having just returned from a 10 day stay in Villa Benedicte , we would highly recommend this villa to prospective clients. Having decided on a luxury villa for only two of us , we found the villa to be even better than anticipated. Extremely spacious , - would easily accomodate a family very comfortably - very well equiped and in a perfect location for access to everything that you could possibly need or want for a truly relaxing holiday. The villa was very clean and when we did request information or assistance relating to the villa , the reponse was immediate and professional. Booking was easy as we dealt directly with Sue and this included pre-booking airport transfers which we would definitely recommend having experienced the alternative in previous years of arriving very late in pitch dark and then trying to direct a taxi driver to a villa that we have never visited. The arranged transfer was seamless and meant that we were in the villa within an hour of landing. Sue happened to be on the island when we were there and this gave us the opportunity to view another stunning villa that she also has available for rental. Sue was extremely professional , knows the island very well and was very genuinely interested to hear our feedback and our overall experience of staying in Villa Benedicte. Following our fifth and best experience of renting on this beautiful island, we will definitely be booking via Lanzarote leisure villas for next year - with hopefully - work permitting - a short winter break in between !!
P.S. At the risk of stating the obvious ... the food , rioja and of course the weather ... were all stunning. As always!”

“A superb villa with fantastic views of the port in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen. Very spacious accomodation, with plenty of space bothe inside and out.
Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. This villa certainly had the "wow factor". Nice and quiet, but very handy for the bars and restaraunts of the "Old Town".
Close to the clif-ftop walk to the Old Town and also Puerto Calero (a luxurious marina, full of restaraunts and bars and designer shops, a must visit).
Our favourite stay in our frequent visits to Lanzarote.”

“We cannot fault this villa or the Management everyone is most helpfull and very pleasant,when booking it is a pleasure to speak to Sue (who is now like a friend even though I have never met her), the Owners make sure the Villa is always well equipped, Elaine and her Staff out there are always on hand should you have a problem, we have been so many times it is like going home, we cannot wait for this Xmas when we shall be there for another 3 weeks. We highly recommend this Villa - a big thank to everyone at Lanzarote Leisure for all our fantastic Holidays.”
