This spacious, split level apartment has sensational sea views and offers a good level of accommodation. It is in a central location within a few minutes walk of fabulous golden beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. with air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, english tv
This two storey, duplex apartment is extremely light and spacious. On the upper floor there is a very well equipped, open plan kitchen and dining area. The raised living room is comfortably furnished and leads out to the terrace via large patio doors. There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this level. An open plan staircase with mirrored wall and steel rails leads down to the bedrooms. A partial glass ceiling and internal garden area add to the light, spacious feeling.
The extremely generous bedrooms are both en-suite and have ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, bidet and a double basin. There is plenty of space for a put-up bed in this room for a fifth person. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment enjoys the use of the communal swimming pool and children's splash pool which are surrounded by a pretty terrace area with sun-beds and attractive sub-tropic plants. The apartment also has a large, private terrace leading from the living room. There are beautiful sea views from the terrace which is equipped with patio furniture and a built-in BBQ.
The Colony Club is centrally located in Puerto Del Carmen and is a few minutes walk to the picturesque old harbour. A pathway from the apartments leads directly down to the bustling main street and the plethora of bars, shops and restaurants the resort has to offer. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is also only a five minute walk away. The Fariones Sports Club is also an easy five minute walk away where guests can enjoy aerobics classes, use the gym or hire a tennis court.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Ideal for golfing hoildays 15 minutes drive nearest golf course. Recommend a visit to the Timanfaya National Park.

“great place home from home well equiped nicely furnished each bedroom has shower room great value for money dvd player would recomend supermarket opposite but cheaper at spar down the road will go back again
2min walk to the main strip and 5 mins to the old town
nothing to do with the owner sunbeds around the pool were dirty”

“Just enjoyed another fabulous holiday at this Colony Club apartment. We loved it last year and even more this time. Once again we found it difficult to tear ourselves away from the surroundings that are ideal for chilling out and just relaxing, helped of course by the glorious sunny Lanzarote weather. But we did manage to tear ourselves away every evening to eat in some of the great restaurants Puerto del Carmen has to offer! We were very impressed with the improvements the owner has carried out in between our visits – we noticed a smart new front door, new curtains and fresh paint through the living area, some new tiling, a new digital TV, two new leather sofas, and even some attractive new wall features. We can’t wait to go back again!”

“Just got back from 2 weeks at colony club. This Apartment is Beautiful , spacious ,clean. very well equiped, and as some amazing views. It is close to all the bars restaurants and the old town is a 5 minute walk away, the beach is 5 minutes down the steps ( not suitable for the people with walking difficulties, prams and wheelchairs) However there is other accesses to and from the property.You can see the mountains, ocean and even fuerteventura from the balcony, there is also a built in barbecue on the balcony. There is only one downside to this property, the complex was built with glass roofs to let in light and one of the walls is mirrored from floor to cieling so when the sun comes up it bounces of the mirrored wall and turns the property in to a greenhouse. A blind across the sunroof would help deflect the sun. During the day is not too bad as you can open all doors to catch the slight breeze, but its hard to sleep at night, there is two small fans in the bedrooms but they are not sufficent, we bought two larger ones that did help. I would booked this property again if aircon was installed and given as an option to hire.”
