Accommodation description
The ground floor consists of a large illuminated and gated terrace, with sun loungers, table and chairs, ideal for small children, spacious entrance hall, master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC/bidet, 2 twin bedded rooms, separate shower room/WC. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes.
The first floor has an open plan lounge with 3 x 2 seater settees, and well equipped breakfast kitchen with cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, sun balcony with table and chairs, all with sea views. TV including English channels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (no missing the soaps or evening news), EuroSport and video with a selection of videos. CD player/radio, selection of books and a few games. Private car parking space.
All bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied, with a cleaner service provided weekly.
A lockable safe is provided for your personal valuables.
The use of 3 communal pools (2 heated) on site, plus a separate children's pool and pool bars. Choice of local beaches - from 2 minutes stroll away - no roads to cross.
Approx 15 mins from the airport, a great location for a relaxing holiday.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...
Local amenities cater for all tastes and budgets. One of Lanzarote's two 18 hole, Par 72. golf courses is a 5 min drive away. You can rent clubs, trolleys and carts, take lessons, use the driving range or putting green, visit the pro shop or simply have something to eat/drink in their bar / restaurant. Aqua Park 5 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential. Very convenient location for visiting all the islands attractions. There is a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance offering a choice from local to fine cuisine, plus Chinese, Indian and English eateries. Local supermarket across the road with hot bread baked throughout the day - a selection of car hire offices and banks offering cash machine facilities. Taxi rank at the top of the main site.Wifi is available to all guests at the office a minutes walk away please ask for details. Welcome Pack is included (Water/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Sugar/Wine)plus we always leave a few essentials in the cupboard for you.

About us
It is very difficult to talk about yourself!!! We are semi-retired who absolutly love Costa Teguise. Our home is between the beautiful Gower peninsula in South Wales where we have Wyndgarth House a 5 star Bed and Breakfast and Playa Bastian, Costa Teguise in Lanzarote where we have just bought Villa Sarah. We have one daughter (Sarah) who is a delight to us and a couple of horses who one could say are our other children, all are spoilt.
What we love about our property
Well this is easier, we love the size, we love Playa Bastian, the fact that the villa is detached and the pool is only 30 yards away and is heated!!!. We love the beach being 2 minutes walk away. We love the lounge being upstairs so we have fantastic sea views. John loves being able to watch all the soaps on TV (bit will not admit it). We love the old adage Location, Location, Location.
