Description About the property

This two bedroomed and 1.5 bathroomed apartment is set in a lovely private complex with tropical gardens, a large pool plus a smaller one for younger children. From the front terrace of the apartment there are lovely pool views, from here is also the entrance to the property through patio doors.

On entering the property you arrive in the living area which comprises of 2 two seater sofas, coffee tables, radio player, 21" television, Sky TV including BBC 1 & 2 and ITV plus a multi-regional DVD player.

There is a breakfast bar between the lounge and kitchen which will comfortably sit four, the kitchen is fully fitted and comes provided with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and the usual plates and cups. There is a corridor to the left of the kitchen which leads to the rest of the property.

The first door on the left is a toilet room with loo and sink plus mirror. The first door on the right is the second bedroom with twin beds and a large wardrobe the window of this room overlooks the private internal terrace. After the bedroom on the corridor is a large sofa which can be sleep two more people, patio doors open from the corridor onto the internal terrace this is totally private and not overlooked at all and ideal for lazy breakfasts! The second door on the right is to the main bathroom which includes double sinks, bath/shower, bidet and toilet. The door at the end of the corridor leads to the master bedroom with twin beds and large very spacious fitted wardrobes.

There is a safe provided to protect personal effects. We provide a bath and hand towel for each person. Beds are made up on arrival. If you are staying for more than a week linen and towels are refreshed weekly.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

A deposit of 20% secures your dates. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to dates booked. Repeat customers retain a discount.

An additional £10 will be required with the balance and refunded upon safe return of the keys.

A washing machine is available at an additional cost of £25 per week, this charge is to cover additional water and electric only.

We can also arrange airport transfers, an additional service provided by our team in Costa Teguise, if required - please ask for further details.

Playa de las Cucharas, Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Recommendations Owner's Tips...

We recommend that you hire a car as you will see much more of the island, although this is not essential excursions can be booked locally. Our favourite trips are Timanfaya National Park, Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, Cesar Manrique museum, Mirador del Rio, El Golfo, Jardin de Cactus and an absolute must is Teguise market held every Sunday.
