Accommodation description

Our stylish and modern 1st floor apartment has a beautiful view overlooking the sea, in a quiet location within a private residential complex.

Our bedroom has a kingsize bed and is fitted with co-ordinating wardrobes and a safe. All linens and towels are provided. In addition we also provide an iron and ironing board along with a hairdryer, and for kiddies we provide a travel cot, baby bath and high chair at no extra cost. The tiled bathroom has a large walk-in shower, single bowl vanity sink unit and toilet.

Kitchen facilites include a Water Filter so no need to buy water,a 3 ring hob oven, George Foreman grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all usual kitchen utensils and glassware along with seating at a breakfast bar. To ensure that our guests can relax with a drink as soon as they arrive our welcome pack includes tea, coffee, water, milk, sugar (sweeteners!) and then the tea, coffee and sugar is available free of charge throughout your stay; enjoy!

Our luxurious lounge includes 1 large sofa bed, TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, & C5 channels plus DVD with a wide variety of films, and a CD player with a variety of music cds.

The patio area overlooks the sea with breathtaking views and we provide a comfortable patio set with parasol and matching cushioned sunbeds.

Las Coronas is set in beautifully maintained palmed grounds with a large pool, kids pool and paddling pool (no lifeguards). There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks with satellite TV. There is also a tennis court, for which we provide two racquets and balls in our apartment. The beach is located 250m away and can be reached by a private gate leading off the complex, this also leads to the promenade stretching the length of Costa Teguise coastline. Additional facilites on the complex includes a car rental and a superb restaurant.

Las Coronas is best suited to families and couples.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

“September 23rd / Oct.7th

We have just spent two weeks in this lovely apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated and is a credit to Jean and Steve. The water filter is very useful and saves having to carry heavy bottles from the supermarket. The shower is fabulous. The complex is very attractive and well maintained and is in close proximity to all amenities. Jean was extremely helpful when booking and we look forward to retuning.”

“We have just returned from No 95 on August 18th and we have had 2 blissfully peaceful weeks. The apartment is very clean and the owners have even covered off the smaller things like free tea and coffee during your stay. Nothing but praise for the owners and the complex makes you very welcome indeed. The Irish family that run the pool bar are great fun and supplu great food as well as drink. A must stay if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. Just a 15 minute walk away into Costa Teguise and you get the lively nightlife if you so wisk it. Wonderful and thanks again.”

“The apartment was very clean and homely.It was about a ten minute walk from the main resort and I would recommend going the scenic route along the promenade which is about 500 yards from the apartment and is accessible through a private gate from the complex. The complex itself is very clean and well maintained and there was never a shortage of sunloungers around the pool if you didn't fancy the balcony having said that the balcony is a sun trap all day long.It was great having a selection of english channels on the tv plus a few dvd were available also. The water filter tap was a brill idea and saved a few bob as well on buying water and if you fancy something a little stronger in the evening I would recommend the pub at the entrance of the complex The Crown run by ross and kathy who were very friendly and there was entertainment most nights the food was very good also.For eating out in the main resort we enjoyed meals in The Hacienta,portofinos and casa blanca.Thanks Jean and Steve for the use of your lovely apartment and for been so accommodating on our last day there we look forward to returning next year .”
