Our penthouse apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with two double twin bedrooms with ample storage, travel cot, hairdryers and a safe. Two bath/shower room’s one en-suite to main bedroom.
The lounge is spacious and well presented with sea views, it has three large sofa beds for your comfort, a TV with which includes channels BBC1, BBC2 and ITV, there is also a DVD player, video and CD-player with a selection of videos, DVD’s ,CD's, paperbacks and board games for your enjoyment. The dining area has a marble table and chairs and comfortably seats six. The recently fitted modern kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and a full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and many more items.
The large private sun terrace with stunning sea views and all day sunshine has patio furniture and sun loungers.
Las Coronas has a large main pool and a children’s pool, sun terraces with sun loungers a pool bar serving drinks and snacks, restaurant, car hire, there is also a tennis court and gym. It is close to all amenities. Playa Bastian beach, Mini markets, restaurants, bars, taxi rank and bus stops are all within two minutes walk. Costa Teguise town centre and Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the promenade about 10 - 15 min walk or a 3 minute taxi ride approx 2 euro.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests which include tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a bottle of water so you can enjoy your first cupper in the apartment looking out at the beautiful view.
There is also an information pack which has all the information you need to help you have a really enjoyable relaxing holiday.
There is direct access to the promenade stretching the length of Costa Teguise coastline, with outdoor exercise machines directly outside and overlooking the sea.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Costa Teguise is a great place to unwind.
The complex is perfectly located for a wide selection of excellent restaurants. Some of our favorites include Oscars, El Navarro, La Jordana, Nina's, La Tunera and Casa Luis Tapas Bar.
There are many places to visit on the Island we recommend Cesar Manrique's house, Mirador Del Rio and Jameos Del Agua, and not forgetting the spectacular volcanic scenery at Timanfaya and of course the Sunday market in Teguise.

“Great apartment, all you want and more. love the privacy and the all day sunshine on the terrace. Good local restaurants, Have an afternoon or two at the pool bar for good banter with tank and Dominic. Stroll along the promanade, stopping at the el toledo, for great views. Up to the town for plenty more bars and restaurants. Also the crown pub on the complex has great pub grub (Dont miss friday afternoon with the irish band). A bus ride to Arrecife is 1.20 for a day out. Will be back very shortly. Cant wait to stay again.”

“We have just had a 6 week stay in this fabulous apartment, it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, the sun shines on the balcony all day which is a 10/10 for us,on arrival we had a welcome pack so we could get the kettle on for a cuppa,the towels in the apartment were delightful they were fluffy and white and changed every week as was the bedding by a lovely lady named Sue. We also liked being so close to the supermarket and the many bars and restaurants just over the road. The gate at the rear of complex takes you onto the promenade and lovely walks, the complex is very clean and there is a pool bar. Having english channels on tv was a bonus for the nights we wanted to stay in with a take away pizza from just outside the complex - thank you Gill for letting us stay in your lovely apartment”

“This was our first time at this apartment and also booking independently and we weren’t disappointed. We were very impressed with the way Gill dealt with our enquiry and to the speed in which she responded to our emails, nothing was too much trouble.
