About the property

This very attractive, modern villa is in a superb location, the villa is a genuine 4 mins walk from the main beach in Costa Teguise, Las Cucharas and 2 mins from restaurants, shop etc. No car required.

This two storey, modern villa is very well furnished and finished to a high standard. The light and airy living room looks out to the pool and has stylish leather sofas and windows to the terrace. There is a separate, very well equipped kitchen with a separate dining area. The villa has five attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large King bed and is en-suite. There is a further king bedroom, two twin bedded and a children's twin bunked room.

At the rear of the property, south facing is a secluded sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the a child's paddle pool and the main villa pool of 7*3.5m fully heated with both electrical and solar power. There is also a 8 persons poolside Jacuzzi. The villa is one of a group of similar villas all in their own grounds and surrounded by high walls, for privacy. For larger groups in is possible to book more than one property.

There is a weekly maid service and a mid week mini clean and towel change.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

The villa is located a four-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a surf school on the beach. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park.

Restrictions:

The villa is situated in a quiet partly residential area just off the main street in Costa Teguise. Therefore the site and its residents must be treated with respect. Great for the beach/amenities and quiet at night yet still in the centre of the resort.
Sorry no smoking in the villa building.
