Accommodation description

Casa Cristal will offer the following, heated pool (winter months) barbeque, poolside shower, garden surrounded by high walls for privacy.

Entering through the lounge, the villa has a split level dining room, the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and a drying area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom leads out to the pool area through double doors and the twin bedroom has an additional pull-out bed. The second bathroom is off the lounge. The villa sleeps 2-7 guests in the 2 double (1 ensuite) and 1 twin bedrooms.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, stereo, game area, cot and high chair, iron and safe.

Outdoor features include a BBQ, patio, outdoor pool (8x4m) heated electrically Nov - Apr. Heating May-Oct can be arranged at an extra cost, poolside shower and off street parking for 1 car.

Villa cleaned on arrival and mid week towel change 2 week rentals and over (4 persons and over) villa cleaned weekly and weekly towel change. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Linens provided.

Holiday rental prices

Prices are based on 4 persons. Prices available for 2/3 persons on request. Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-term breaks are charged at high season rates.

Any weeks available over the next 4 weeks 40% discount, 8 weeks 30%, 12 weeks 20%

Children under 2 free.

Booking deposit £250 per week. Balance due 8 weeks prior to travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
