This beautiful detached villa is set in a fully enclosed garden and boasts superb positioning extremely close to the large communal swimming pool. Situated on a quiet peaceful development it provides a unique feeling of space and tranquility, perfect for couples and families alike. There is a mini market close to the pool suitable for all your basic requirements including freshly baked bread and cakes.

The villa is fully equipped and provides all the home comforts to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.
The large master bedroom with built in wardrobes has an ensuite shower room. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes in each along with a large family bathroom.

For your enjoyment the comfortable lounge area comes with satellite TV, DVD and a good selection of films, Playstation2 and CD/radio.

The large outside terrace is fully equipped with patio furniture, sun umbrella and a built in BBQ perfect for alfresco dining. There is a huge secluded roof terrace with sea and mountain views where sun loungers are provided.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that has retained its original charm. It was once a small fishing village but is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque promenade lined with international restaurants. There is a regular ferry service from the old harbour to the nearby Island of Fuerteventura.

A few restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets can be found just a short walk from Shangrila Park.
Playa Flamingo is the nearest beach (5 min drive) with the beautiful beach of Playa Dorada a little further on. This beach is perfect for very young children and also has water sports and restaurants close by.

There is an interesting market every Wednesday and Saturday morning at the Rubicon Marina which is well worth a visit. You can also enjoy the designer shops and excellent restaurants overlooking the yachts, a great place to people watch over a coffee or a glass of wine!
The unspoilt tiny village of El Golfo is just a short drive away where there are excellent fish restaurants lining the shore. Well worth a visit!

Car hire is strongly recommended to make the most of your stay.
