About the property
Villa Montana is set high up on Montana Roja. With its magnificent views of Playa Blanca, over the sea to Fuerteventura and across the volcanic ranges, villa Montana is perfect for people that want to get away from it all and yet still be close enough to enjoy the facilities that Playa Blanca has to offer.
The villa itself has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 double rooms, both with ensuite facilities and magnificent jacuzzi baths. The third bedroom is a twin room with the bathroom adjacent to it.
The rest of the villa has a spacious open plan design suitable for 6 people to live comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped - including a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer etc...
The lounge has a large comfortable corner sofa, wide screen television with satellite and DVD for your enjoyment (DVD's not supplied).
Outside is a good size sun terrace, ideal for all day sun bathing. The terrace is very private and has magnificent views looking over the whole of Playa Blanca - simply breath taking. The terrace is well lit in the evenings and is perfect for BBQ's or just simply to have a drink and watch the sun go down. There is also a good size pool (7m x 3m) which is electrically heated all year, guaranteeing a temperature of around 27/28oC.
For the more energetic Villa Montana is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches and taxis are readily available. However, to make you holiday more enjoyable and generally more convenient we are supplying a group 'A' car for each full week you stay at the villa - with the car you can explore the island with ease and at your convenience.

We have also included information about different places of interest on the island, along with maps. Rates shown are based on 4 people sharing. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
Clean linen and towels are provided each week.
Beach towels are not provided. Please note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.
Car hire is available please ask for details.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50€ per week.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
