About the property
This charming villa has been fully refurbished recently. It has a comfortable lounge with a door leading out to the covered terrace where there is a table and chairs for eating al fresco. The recent addition of patio doors to the lounge and extension of the patio around the side of the villa has proved to be very popular with our regular visitors. The pool, which benefits from solar heating is backed up by electric heating in the Winter months and is enclosed in a volcanic stone walled garden.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, one includes bath and separate shower and the other is a shower room. A delightful villa in a prime location in the residential area of Los Mojones it is ideal for a family of four or two couples.For more details view our website.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
