About the property
This very popular, modern, detached villa is set on the outskirts of Playa Blanca centre. It is ideally positioned for strolling down to the centre of the village and to the restaurants and the beaches. The villa has been cleverly designed making good use of space and easy access to all areas.
It features 3 double sized bedrooms each with an abundance of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a beautiful en suite bathroom, to add comfort to the rooms the villa offers air conditioning.
The lounge is very welcoming with its open plan seating arrangement and patio doors leading onto the south facing terrace. The lounge leads onto a dining area which has an array of natural light flooding through the glass roof. For those who prefer to eat poolside dining there is a large patio area with a built in BBQ for that outdoor feast! For those who enjoy relaxing with the television, this villa has a full Sky Sports package.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher and there is even a separate laundry room. The large heated swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful patio area which lends itself to soaking up the all day long sun. For those wishing to bask in the sunshine whilst enjoying glorious views, there is a newly created roof terrace. This super roof terrace affords panoramic views of Playa Blanca with amazing mountain scenery to one side and to the other side lovely views of the glistening ocean. To cool off you can either go for a dip in the large privately heated pool (11 x 5 metres) or use the outside shower. With both solar and electric power available, the pool will be the perfect temperature all year round.
For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a midweek clean.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
