About the property
The recently upgraded property comprises of one bedroom, bathroom, lounge with open plan kitchen and southfacing private terrace.
Features include a Satellite TV system, DVD player, CD-player/Radio, washing machine, microwave oven,electric oven/grill,2 ring hob, kettle,toaster and hairdryer. Sun loungers with luxury mattresses and patio table and chairs are provided for guests use.
There is a barbeque on the terrace.
The complex is set in mature gardens with a large communal swimming pool. Close to the popular Flamingo Beach. A few minutes walk to the shops, harbour, bars and restaurants.
Village centre is a 5 minutes stroll away. The bungalow provides everything for a peaceful holiday.

25% deposit required on confirmation of booking. Our headline price is for two people and we charge an extra £20 per person per week.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
