About the property

This is a great brand new detached 2 bed 2 bath property with electrically heated private pool.

The villa also benefits from a huge roof terrace (one of very few on this development) where you can sunbathe and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the sea with a glass of wine.

Inside the villa there are high ceilings and marble floors throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you would expect to find in a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher - no arguing about who's turn it is to do the washing up!

The lounge has comfortable settees and a TV with DVD player and selection of films. There is also a HiFi system with CD player and radio.

The master bedroom has double wardrobes with plenty of room for your holiday glad-rags and an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.

The twin bedroom has two single beds and again double wardrobes. There is a seperate family shower-room with walk-in shower.

There is covered al-fresco dining area which has a large marble table with traditional Canarian seating and this is fully lit. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

The garden is fully walled so good for keeping the children in! They won't want to go far away from the lovely warm pool anyway!

A welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar/milk/water/orange juice.

La Goleta is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although a stones throw away you can find an Indian Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table, a small convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Mediterranean restaurant.

We recommend car hire as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and coastal walks to do.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
