At the front of the villa there is off road parking, heated swimming pool surrounded by terraces and mature gardens.
On entering the villa you are greeted by the open plan dining room and spacious lounge with satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is off the hall on the left, both bedrooms are located at the back of the property and are serviced by two bathrooms both with baths and showers.

About Tias, Lanzarote
A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!
