About the property

Casa Jadaryga is a very special 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa close to the sea on the exclusive development of Faro Park, with a private electrically heated pool close to the sea.

The villa is positioned well with fabulous sea, lighthouse and Fuerteventura views from the patio and the balcony areas.

The villa has an off-road parking space and a small gated porch area leading to the front door. The large entrance hall has a table and mirror (so you can make sure you are looking your holiday best!). On the table is a full information pack and tourist information, designed to help you make the most of your holiday.

The stairs off the hallway lead to the master suite, which we'll come back to later.

The large lounge area has twin leather setttees and a coffee table. There is a good selection of books and DVD's to watch on the TV. There's a large picture window to the pool and double french doors to the patio area which has a table, six chairs and parasol.

There are six comfortable sun loungers surrounding the electrically heated kidney shaped private pool which has a hand rail for easy access.

Around the side of the property there is another outdoor eating area with a large table and seating for eight, this is covered over and well-lit. Doors off this area lead to the utilty room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board and the kitchen area.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher - no washing up on hols! There's a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker here, but if you don't feel like cooking indoors you can use the BBQ!

Back to the hallway, there are three doors leading to the following - family bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer, two twin bedrooms with double wardrobes and windows to the pool area.

Upstairs the master suite is huge with a good quality double bed, windows with sea views, and an onsuite bathroom. Double wardrobe with security safe and patio doors out to the impressive balcony area which has another table and chairs. You'll want to spend lots of time up here taking in the sea views and watching the sun go down with a glass of wine!

A welcome pack is provided with tea/coffee/sugar/milk/orange juice/water and biscuits and of course a nice bottle of wine.

Faro Park is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although within a 2 min walk away you can find an Indian Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table, a convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Chinease restaurant.

We recommend car hire (which can be booked via us) as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and coastal walks to do. You can reach the rocky sea front within a 5 min walk from Casa Jadaryga.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
