About the property
Located in Puerto del Carmen. These are very good quality apartments in a fantastic location front line to the sea.
Sleep up to 6,1 & 2 bedrooms, shared pool.
These modern, newly renovated apartments are very spacious and bright. The living rooms have patio doors to either a terrace or balcony. They have either one or two bedrooms which have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and some of the apartments have double sofa beds There is a full bathroom. The kitchens are very well equipped for a self catering holiday.
This small complex is across the road from the lovely golden beach. It has a fabulous, large terrace which overlooks the sea and has views to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and the mountains. There is a shared complex pool, a pool table, plentiful sunloungers. There are locked gates to the complex for extra security and a suitcase room and washroom are available for departing guests with later flights.
These apartments are located in central Puerto del Carmen, a stones throw from all the varied activites and ameneties of the resort. We have two bars onsite, Spenders is a great meeting place owned and run by 'Geordie John' offering a variety of sporting channels, open from 5 in the afternoon until late and The Drop Inn, an Irish bar, open early for breakfast serving right through the day until dinner, most evenings live entertainment.
We do not offer maid service during your weekly stay, for two week stays towel and linen change is on Wednesday. If you require clean linen and towel changes during your stay please ask Lynn.
It is not essential to hire a car to enjoy the amenities of Puerto del Carmen however car hire would be recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
