Situated in Playa Bastian, a quiet residential complex of apartments and bungalows with 4 pools, this two bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment is just 200 metres from the beach, with no roads to cross, and only a few minutes from a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars, banks and car hire.
The top floor position provides outstanding sea views from the two private large south facing terraces, which enjoy sun virtually all day. Enjoy sunrise with your breakfast and sunset with a pre-dinner drink.
This spacious apartment has a fully fitted kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc, and a wide selection of crockery and kitchen utensils. The spacious living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables, television, wifi internet access, DVD with a wide selection of films, and leads to one terrace which has patio dining furniture, parasol, and a clothes dryer.
The large main bedroom has a double bed with French windows opening onto the second terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol. The second bedroom overlooks the gardens and has twin beds; both bedrooms provide ample storage space with built-in wardrobes. A safe is provided for use of guests. There are two full bathrooms with bath/showers, one with a bidet. Bath and hand towels are provided and changed weekly. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. An iron and ironing board are supplied, and there is an on-site laundry. A hair dryer is provided in each bedroom.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Lanzarote's 18 hole international standard golf course is only 5 minutes drive away, as is the Aquapark.
Local restaurants particularly worth visiting are La Tunera, La Jordana, Emperor (Chinese), Sausolito (Italian), Montmartre (French). Angelos (Italian).

“Excellent location on the edge of the site, being only a short walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach. The two patios are only overlooked by the rear of the neighbouring complex, but in the other direction there are open views to the sea, and in the sun almost all day. The centre of Costa Teguise is about a 20 min. walk and is full of shops, bars etc. Although very spacious and well-equipped, we found the apartment to be a bit grubby and in need of some tlc. It's obviously very popular but is suffering from this wear and tear.”
Owner's response: We ask for feedback from guests and following her holiday Sue kindly told us about some things she felt needed our attention. Not everything she mentioned was identifiable as the apartment had been cleaned after her departure, but that which could be was quickly rectified. We have apologised to Sue and thanked her for helping us to maintain our usual high standards.

“have just got back from my holiday and i completly enjoyed it.i was totally relaxed and felt like home from home.the apartment was clean when i arrived and was in an ideal position with great sea views and allday sun from both balconys.
i have been playa bastian many times and this was the best located apartment iv stayed in.
would recommend it to anyone.

“Stayed last week in October 2011. Very nice apartment, clean and tidy, and it is close to all the shops and bars, but you are not disturbed by any noise from them. The thing we liked best was that you were so close to the lovely promenade. We have satyed in Costa Teguise a few times and would recomend this property.”
